How to find Virginia unclaimed properties for sale

In this post, we’ll tell you how to find property unclaimed for sale in Virginia.

1.

Go to Virginia’s unclaimed homes page.

You can search for unclaimed residential properties, as well as commercial properties, and commercial properties for reclamation.

2.

Click on the “Unclaimed property” link to the left of the property name and you’ll be taken to the Virginia Unclaimed Property Management site.

This page lets you search for properties that are unclaimed in your area, and also lets you find properties that have been reclaimed.

3.

Click “Search for property.”

A search box will appear on the right side of the page.

Here you can enter in the name of the unclaimed house or apartment, and the type of unclaimed real estate property you’re interested in. 4.

You’ll be asked to provide a description of the properties, along with the date of the sale, and if it’s a new sale.

If you click “Confirm” on the confirmation box, the property will be listed for sale.

5.

You should see the listed price, plus any other important information.

6.

You may want to get a copy of the deed, which is typically a deed for a land title deed.

This will tell you the name and address of the owner of the house or condo.

7.

You will see a link to check if the property is currently for sale or not.

If it is, click “Continue.”

8.

You’re done.

You might be able to get an estimate for the sale price based on your estimate of the value of the land.

9.

Click the “Confirmation” button to confirm the sale.

10.

You have completed your search.

If the property has been listed, you should be able at that point to buy it.

If not, you may have to pay a hefty deposit for the property.

If this is the case, click the “Sell” link.
