The appraisal market is heating up and the homes on the market are starting to sell out.
The Broward Property Assessor is selling houses valued at more than twice the average home price.
The listing includes four properties that are valued at $2 million to $3 million.
One is in Florida.
Another two are in Broward, two in Palm Beach, and two in Orange County.
One of the properties in Palm beach has sold for $3.3 million to an investor.
Property records show one of the homes is in an upscale condominium building in Palm Springs.
The owner of the property, whose name is unknown, told ABC News the property is on the National Register of Historic Places.
The home is listed for sale at an asking price of $3,928,000.
The other two properties in Browards, Palm Beach and Orange County are in a three-bedroom, three-bathroom house.
The property is valued at an average of $2.9 million.
Both of the houses are located on the south side of the Browards town of Boca Raton.
The three-story home in Boca was built in 1921.
It is the only home in the area that is not listed on the Florida National Register.
It was recently restored and was recently listed for $2,927,000, according to records obtained by ABC News.
The first house is located in Palm Spring, a town of about 1,200 residents about 35 miles south of B.A.P. The second is in Orange City, a coastal town of just over 2,200 people about 45 miles south.
The third is in Bancroft, a city of about 9,000 people about 70 miles north of Bancros.
All four homes are in Palm Bay, an area just north of Palm Springs, according.
The buyer is unknown.
The properties are being sold by Property Assessments International, a company that specializes in selling properties.
The company specializes in sales to real estate investors.
The buyers home is a four-bedroom home in Palm Palm Springs that was purchased in 2014 by an investor and sold for a reported $1.5 million.
Property Assessors Association spokeswoman Lisa Jurgens told ABC affiliate WFTV the listing was in response to a high demand for properties.
“In addition to listing a home, we are also in the process of putting out listings on the high end of the market,” she said.
The seller of the home told ABC’s Kaitlin Rinehart the home is currently valued at about $1 million.
She said the buyer has not yet decided whether to buy the home or sell it.
The Boca house has not sold for sale, according a listing.
The Orange County property is listed at an estimate of $1,500,000 and is in the Fort Lauderdale area.
The Palm Bay house is listed in Palm Harbor, about 40 miles south-west of Palm Beach.
Property appraiser Jeff Coker said that in order to qualify for listing, a home must have been built before 1920, has a gross floor area of less than 7,500 square feet and have been occupied for at least two years.
“If you’re in the market for a home and want to know what you can get for that price, go find a home that was built before 1925, which is the most important thing,” Coker told ABC.
The prices are not based on the home’s condition.
“It’s not like you can just go to the website and say, ‘Oh, I got this $1M house for $1,’ ” Coker added.
The owners home is not on the Palm Beach County Landmark National Register, so the buyer must visit the property to make an offer.
The house has an assessed value of $850,000 but the buyer will need to make a decision about what the property would be worth to the buyer, according, to a listing on the website of Property Assists International.
